Science and physiology has always been a passion of mine since a young age. When I first stepped into the gym at 13, this passion followed me as I started my fitness journey.
I became obsessed with understanding the mechanisms behind training, nutrition, and bodybuilding. My hunger for knowledge expanded beyond hypertrophy into pharmacology and physiology research.
After fracturing my spine twice, my determination to step on stage only became stronger. I began preparing for bodybuilding competition the moment I could return to the gym and competed at 16.
While I am still a younger athlete and coach, I constantly invest in education, research, and testing protocols on myself.
My goal with coaching is to improve my clients' quality of life while educating them about their own body so they can make better long-term decisions.
